It also goes beyond gun ownership, such as being observant and more mentally aware when going on with your daily life, calmly de-escalating or removing yourself from any possible harm or danger, and avoiding using the firearm unless it is your last hope. The teacher who narrated the class was easy to listen to, he is a calm speaker who felt like he was sitting in your living room with you, not a boring professor teaching a lecture. Thank you
